FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE
This is for residential and commercial cleaning that is scheduled regularly (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) and the tasks are pre selected by each client. This Includes basic options like bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors and spot cleaning of the high traffic areas (glass/walls/doors trims and baseboards) as per request as well as additional items as needed for example, window coverings, fan blades, and interior windows. You can select the amount of time and frequency of your scheduled visit. We offer 2 hour plus visits, weekly bi-weekly or monthly.
SEASONAL CATCH-UP/COMPANY IS COMING
This is a sporadic cleaning visit where you can receive a more detailed cleaning catching up with the areas that can be neglected during day to day maintenance cleaning. You can choose the areas of your home that you would like to focus on. We can also schedule a number of cleaners to come and cover a lot of area in a shorter amount of time.
MOVE IN/OUT
This is ideal for when your moving and don’t have time to clean up behind your move. You can make sure to leave the home squeaky clean. You may also want a deep clean of a home you are moving into before all your furniture and belongings are moved in. This can save time if done prior to moving in. This is also a great option for rental property owners and Realtors who wish to gift their clients a sparkling home!
