Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies sometimes do arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, we request that you give 48 Business Hours (excluding weekends) otherwise, a cancellation fee of half of your regular rate will be billed.
Vacation Policy
When you decide to take some time off, and it occurs during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know if you wish to skip your service appointment, as there may be someone on a waiting list who we could fill that spot with.
Snow Day Policy
As you know our weather can be nasty. If we decide not to venture out, or can’t make it safely up certain roads, you will receive a timely call, and we will reschedule your home as quickly as possible. We do request you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety.
Lock-Out Policy
The first one is on us. However, all subsequent occurrences will be billed at 1/2 your normal rate if we cannot gain entrance to your home to do our work.
Pet Policy
As much as we love animals, we do not love the messes they leave behind. If we come across animal feces/urine we will not be held responsible for cleaning them up. If you are expecting this as an added bonus to your clean we will have to charge extra.
