Ask us your cleaning questions

What happens if my cleaner no longer works for our company?

We will do our best to replace your cleaner right away without interruption to your service. We are always working to hire great people to join our team.

How can I get a quote?

The Quote button is at the top of our website so just go ahead and click that and complete that form and we will be in touch with your Custom Cleaning Quote

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day booking. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or predetermined number of appointments.

SAFE DISINFECTANT SMELLS LIKE BLEACH TO ME, ISN'T IS REALLY JUST BLEACH?

HOCl has a different chemical composition from that of bleach. Therefore they behave differently. Bleach contains lye which is caustic and gives it the well known slippery feeling to our skin because it is literally breaking down the fatty tissue and oils of our skin. Bleach is a severe lung irritant, and can cause burns, eye damage, etc. HOCl is a saline solution which means that it is made from salt and water. In other countries, though not approved in Canada, it is even used medically to treat eye conditions.

SINCE HOCL IS AN ACID, HOW CAN "SAFE DISINFECTANT" BE "SAFE"?

HOCl is a weak water soluble acid like in orange juice. HOCl is a powerful oxidizer that oxidizes the thin microbe cell wall causing it to burst and die without harming us.

IS HOCL HARMFUL?

No! Actually HOCl is harmless. Our immune system produces Hypochlorous Acid in the white blood cells to fend off infections, bacterial and viral invasions.

Veterinary usage of HOCl is well documented to treat various infections in animals.
